<br/>My response:  Braverman told me that, to quell my excessive cytokines and slightly elevated NK cell counts, we'd next try IVIg + humira before my FET.  The issue with Humira is you need to take two shots a week apart, then wait two weeks, then two more shots a week apart, then wait three weeks and retest to see if it brings the levels down; if not, we'd have to repeat the process.  I don't know what the IVIg schedule is.  I don't know what the benefit would be, doing it so close to the transfer.  Maybe your doctor could consult with Braverman briefly?  Humira flares do happen, from what I've read....  Good luck!

I always had mine tested at RFU. They seemed consistent. The only spike I got
<br/>was at 8 weeks of pregnancy which was treated with pred. They can definitely
<br/>spike in 4 weeks. Dr. B does panels every 4 weeks during pregnancy. Mine went
<br/>from low 30s to 44 in 4 weeks.
