Hi lovely ladies,
<br/>I would like to announce the birth of my baby boy on 9th Oct at 37.4 weeks. Baby
<br/>is very healthy and I am doing fine. We had to go for scheduled c-section as
<br/>baby was breech and I was beginning to stress out about the delivery and the
<br/>health of the baby inside.
<br/>
<br/>Below was my protocol that I followed:
<br/>- About 20 LITs pre and post pregnancy till 7th month. I never developed any
<br/>blocking antibodies but my TNFa got under control. On hindsight, maybe I didnt
<br/>need that many LITs and Dr.Braverman also said that I would develop the
<br/>antibodies only in my third trimester.
<br/>- Neu starting 48 hours before ovulation till 11 weeks. I could have
<br/>stopped at 11 weeks but continued because I had leftover neup and I was
<br/>scared to stop it.
<br/>- Baby aspirin - 75 mg pre and post pregnancy till 34 weeks
<br/>- Clexane/Lovenox - 40 mg once a day till 16 weeks. I had no blood clotting
<br/>condition but my tests were also limited so not sure. I insisted on clexane
<br/>despite my doctor not supporting it and was very scared to go off it at 16 weeks
<br/>but decided to trust god.
<br/>- Thyrox - 25 mcg since I was hypothyroid. My thyroid level was maintained at
<br/>2-2.5. I never had any antibodies etc.
<br/>- Fish oil - Nordic naturals - 2.5g. I started fish oil one year before i
<br/>started trying as my periods improved a lot with fish oil and I stuck to it.
<br/>Third trimester onwards I reduced the dose to 1.5g
<br/>- Arginine - 5mg sachet till 36 weeks
<br/>- multivits once a day till delivery and planning to continue
<br/>- Progesterone suppository - 200 mg thrice a day till 12 weeks and twice a day
<br/>till 20 weeks
<br/>- Calcium - 500 mg once a day
<br/>- Vit d - 60,000 I.U. twice a month
<br/>- Before and after ovulation, I also took acetylecystein - 600mg, antibiotics
<br/>(dont remember the name) and vit b6 to help with ovulation
<br/>
<br/>I conceived in the first month I tried neupogen.
<br/>
<br/>Thank you ladies...you have been an inspiration to me throughout. I also made
<br/>very good friends here on the forum who supported me every step of the pregnancy
<br/>and I am truly blessed.
<br/>
<br/>Also, a special note on Dr.Braverman. Whenever I had any doubts, I wrote to him
<br/>and he responded immediately and this he did without any fees. I am in India and
<br/>emailing was the only way I could take his help. He is an amazing doctor.
<br/>

<br/>out there. After every miscarriage and I had 4, I continued searching for
<br/>answers and here I am today. Sometimes its just a matter of finding the right
<br/>combo of treatments.

这个月又排了   期待10天后能当上中队长

我去张那里看了，小失望，说是先做封闭，暂时不用打脂肪和蛋白，nk毒性问了助手，说是实验室搬家，这两个月没得做，总之查了这么多，没有找到重要的问题。
<br/>今天问了省医的流式室，开了一个含TH1和TH2的计数，其中有一项TNF-a的检测，每周三9:00前抽血，下星期看看抽吧，不管怎么样，应该能说明点问题。
<br/>在知网和维普查了很多有关复发性流产的文献，国内基本停留在封闭抗体、血凝和其他一些抗体的治疗上面，国外的文献看不懂，可惜了那么多资源。
<br/>或许简单的封闭抗体就能解决我的问题？希望吧······，可是关节痛，甲状腺抗体高是证明我有自身免疫问题的，蛋白应是少不了的，不管怎样，先去中六看L吧，先促排再说，是否移鲜胚还在纠结中·······

今天去开了蛋白，张说不用打，我还是死马当活马医吧，先攒着，移植前打。

我这次系统的检查唯一明显的问题就是甲状腺抗体高，应该是这个原因了

<br/><br/>是中山一对面的省医吗？这么好，有tnf查，我2009,2010年去问，没有呀，只有cd系列的查和nk细胞。你是找哪个科开的检查单？下次我也去那查好了。
